Rooms include bed & bedding, western bathroom and shower, broadband internet connection, TV, VCR, Video on Demand, telephone (deposit required), refrigerator, air conditioner, portable or dining table, kitchen & kitchenware, dryer, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, hot water pot, towel/Night clothes (available for stays on Daily Rate).

Trouser press & iron set available at front desk for rent.

Above rates include tax and service charges. All quoted rates are per room, per night. Maximum number of guest in a room is equivalent to bedding.

Additional charges

2,000 yen weekend premium added to Daily Rates on Friday, Saturday, and days before national holidays for ALL 3 Bedroom Units.
No housekeeping/maid service however available upon advance request and availability at additional fee.

Conditions

Valid credit card to secure booking, full payment by credit card or Japanese Yen required at check in.
Japanese law requires a photocopy of passports or alien registration ID cards at check in for all non-Japanese guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notification must be made to property during front office hours.

All reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card.

For Daily Rate reservations (1-6 nights):

1. Arrival Day = 100%
2. No Show = 100%
3. Early Check Out = notify by 10 am departure day and no charge.

For Weekly Rate reservation(7 nights+) and Monthly Rate reservation(30 nights+) :

1. Arrival Day = 100%
2. No Show = 100%
3. Early Check Out = One week non-refundable, 3 days prior notice.

Having begun your stay, if you wish to then shorten it, please advise the front desk no more than 3 days prior to the date you wish to check out on.
An early check out without having advised the front desk three days in advance will be subject to a charge equivalent to that for 3 days' stay. The room rate charged shall be calculated based on the standard rate for the days actually spent in the accommodation.
